Tell me can i join Indian Air Force after Commerce in B.Com commerce???

If you have a commerce candidates then you are only apply for Indian Air Force Ground Duty Branch of AFCAT.

AFCAT stands for Air force Common Admission test and this examination is Conducted every year.

The Graduates Degree in any discipline with minimum of 60 % marks in aggregate of all papers put together or a Post Graduate Degree /Equivalent Diploma in any discipline with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all papers put together

Exam Syllabus:
General awareness : Includes History, Sports, Geography, Environment, Civics, Basic Science, Defence, Art, Culture, Current Affairs, Politics etc.

Verbal ability in English: This portion covers the topics like Comprehension, Error detection, Sentence completion, Synonyms, Antonyms and Testing of vocabulary

Numerical Ability : Includes Decimal Fraction, Simplification, Average, Profit and Loss, Percentage, Ratio and Proportion and Simple Interest

Reasoning and Military Test: Verbal skills and Spatial ability

I have completed Graduation in Commerce and want to join Indian Air Force. What is the procedure to join Indian Air Force?

Sorry to say that after completion of Graduation in Commerce applicants cannot join Indian Air Force.

Combined Defense Services is conducted by the UPSC for recruitment to the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Air Force Academy and Naval Academy.

Eligibility

Applicants must be an Indian.

Only Unmarried Male applicants aged between 18 and 22 years of age are eligible to apply.

Applicants must have obtained a Degree from a recognized university (with Physics and Chemistry as subjects in 10+2) or Bachelor of Engineering.

CDS exam Syllabus:-

The exam contains topic from the subjects English, General Knowledge and Mathematics.

Elementary Mathematics:-
Geometry
Arithmetic
Algebra
Trigonometry
Mensuration
Statistics

General Knowledge:-

Questions are based on current topics, science, history of India, geography, etc.

English:-

This paper tests students ' knowledge in the English language.

Maximum Marks for Each Subject: 100 marks

Maximum Duration for Each Subject: 02 hours
