Join Army as GD after 12th Arts

I have completed 12th with arts how can I join Army as GD after it please tell me?

The NER exam is conducted by the Indian Army for appointing general soldiers.

Eligibility for Indian Army Soldier General Duty (NER)
Unmarried male Indian citizens

Should have Matriculation or equivalent with Mathematics, English and Science

Age limit:
16 to 21 years.

Physical Standards:
Height: 167 cms, relaxable for certain regions.
Weight: 50 kg, relaxable for certain regions.
Chest: 77/82 cm.

Common Entrance Examination (CEE) is conducted on 4th Sunday of Jan, Mar, May, Jul. Sep & Nov. for recruitment of Soldiers.

Exam Pattern:
General Intelligence
Mathematical Aptitude
General Knowledge

Questions in these tests will be Objective Type i.e., in Hindi and English.
Time allowed is 45 minutes and maximum marks are 100.
Final selection will be on Merit.
