I have complete B Tech in aeronautics engineering now I want to go in IAF (Indian Air force) so please tell me about jobs for Engineers in IAF? Please tell me also when requirement will publish?

Indian Air Force (IAF) is one of the defence services of Indian Armed Forces of the Republic of India. IAF Career as an Air Force Officer based in several Branches and at various educational qualifications. Basically there are two types of commission available in IAF, such as Permanent Commission and Short Service Commission for Indian Nationals.

Permanent Commission means a career in the Air Force till you retire. Permanent Commission Officers continue to serve till the age of retirement.
Short Service Commission also known as SSC means a limited period career in the Air Force. One can join the IAF as a Short Service Commission Officer by opting for a SSC Course.

IAF Career as per Branches is as follows:

a) Aeronautical Engineering Branch (Aeronautical Engineering Electronics, Aeronautical Engineering Mechanical)
b) Flying Branch (As a Graduate, National Defence Academy (NDA)
c) Ground Duty Branches

IAF Career as per Qualifications are as follows:

a) 10+2
b) Engineer (Flying Branch, Ground Duty Branches, Technical Branch)
c) Graduate (Flying Branch, Ground Duty Branches, Technical Branch)
d) Post Graduate (Ground Duty Branches)
