I have completed my B.Tech? I want to join in the MNC? Please tell me about the eligibility required for job in MNC after completing B.Tech?

As you say that you have completed your B.Tech. You can apply for the job in the MNC after B.Tech if you fill the following eligibility criteria’s. These are as follows:

Eligibility for Multinational National Companies (MNC):

There is no standard eligibility criteria mentioned anywhere but here are the few tips/qualification to get into MNC

The applicant should have excellent academic record with first division ( above 60% )

The applicant should have thorough subject knowledge

Also you must possess good communication skill

No backlogs

Not more than one year of education gape

For the Software jobs:

The applicant should be knowledge of Operating system and DBMS, LINUX, UNIX etc

The applicant should be knowledge of computer languages like C, C++ , JAVA etc

If you hold these three qualities then you can easily qualify the following round conducted by most of the MNC for Hiring candidates

1.Written test

A. subject related question
B. English grammar

2.Technical interview

where they will check your in depth subject knowledge

3. HR round

where they will ask questions like expected salary and for how long u want to work with organization just to check how much stable you are and wheather you are a perfect candidate for this job or not
