Job in ISRO as an Engineer

Can you tell me the process of getting into ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) as it’s my dream to work in that world famous Organization as a Engineer?

One can work in ISRO as a Scientist/Engineer in major ISRO centres like National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC), Space Applications Centre (SAC), Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), ISRO Satellite Centre (ISAC) and Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC).

Educational Qualifications:

Applicants must have completed BE/B.Tech or equivalent in first class with at least 65% marks from a recognized board.

Applicants who are in the final year of BE/B.Tech Course in the Academic year are also eligible to apply.

Age Limit:

Applicant’s age limit must be minimum 35 years as on last date of Submission of online form.

Age relaxation is applicable for Ex-serviceman and PWD applicants as per Government of India norms.

Pay scale:

ISRO offers pay scale Rs.15600-39100/- with Rs.5400/- Grade Pay per month for the post of Scientist/Engineer.

Selection Process:

Selection Method for Scientist/Engineer jobs is based on Academic Records and which is followed a Written Examination.

Written Examination will be held on ten venues viz., Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram.
