Sorry to say you but you cant get job in IBM after completing BCA, for getting job in IBM firstly you will have to complete at least your MCA with 70% of marks.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must have 70% of marks in degree.

Candidate must not have any gap in studies more than 1 year.

Candidate must not have any backlogs.

Selection Procedure of IBM:
It is based on 4 round:

1) Written Test
2) GD
3) Technical Interview
4) HR
