To get job Indian Air Force after completing BCA, you need to appear in the Combined Defence Servies exam (CDS exam). You will be eligible for following branches:

Flying Branch
Ground Duty Branch

Here are the details of CDS exam:

After completing B.Com you can participate in CDS exam for joining Indian Army.
CDS exams are conducted by UPSC twice a year.

Combined Defence Services Examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission. Here are the details of this examination:

Eligibility:
The applicant should have completed graduation with good academic record from any recognized university of India.

Age limit:
19-24 Years

Tentative Schedule: (Examination held twice a year)
Notification of Examination August and March
Conduct of Examination February and August

The entrance exam covers following topics:
English (Objective type)
General Knowledge (Objective type)
Elementary Mathematics (Objective type)
