Yeah of course you are eligible to apply in DRDO after computer science and engineering as there are many computer science engineers work in a DRDO. If you want to join DRDO then firstly you have to clear DRDO SET exam.
Here I am providing you the details of this exam.

DRDO SET Eligibility-

You must have engineering degree from recognized college or university from the following branches only-

Electronics & Communication engineering
Mechanical engineering
Computer Science & engineering
Chemical engineering
Electrical engineering

You should have at least 60% or first class for being eligible for exam .
Final year students can also apply for this exam.

Age must be between 21 years to 30 years.
Maximum of 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.
Maximum of 3 years for Other (OBC's) .

DRDO SET Exam pattern-

The exam is of three hours duration consisting of two sections section A and Section B.
Section ‘A’ is of 100 questions from the subject as per the syllabus of B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Sc
Section ‘B’ is of 50 questions covering the topics related to Logical Reasoning, Spatial Reasoning, Concept Formation, Abstract Reasoning, and Numerical Reasoning.
