The Joseph Kessler Memorial Basketball JKMBA was established in the Spring of 1999 by Eric & Kirk Kessler

Joseph Kessler Sr. volunteered his time for youth sports as the Athletic Director for the Marlton Rec Council as well as the coach for Travel Basketball, Baseball, Football and numerous In-Town teams.

Over the past several years the JKMBA has grown to be the largest Youth Basketball Organization in Southern New Jersey for both boys and girls from grades K-12.

In the Spring and Fall they offer leagues for children of all abilities in the grades 1-12.

The winter they host a Holiday Tournament for the Boys & Girls Travel teams in the South Jersey area as well as a skills clinic for boys and girls in the K-6th grades.

Their Summer programs will include leagues & Camps .

In addition to their regular programs is their AAU Club teams known as the JKMBA Jaguars.

While most teams compete in local tournaments, these Boys and Girls travel club teams compete in Tournaments throughout the East Coast.

The Jaguars have competed in National Tournaments in Kings Island OH, Virginia Beach VA, Memphis TN & Orlando FL as well as local events in New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia and Maryland area.
