International students with high school diplomas are allowed to apply for the 4-year bachelor-degree programs; those with bachelor degrees are allowed to apply for the master-degree programs in JUST (Jinwen University of Science & Technology).

The time span for studying for bachelor degrees is 4 years; it can be extended with 2 more years. The time span for studying for master degrees is from 1 to 4 years. Foreign students with a high school diploma are eligible to apply for undergraduate study during the 1st of February to the end of April each year.
