When the JIIT Institute Noida will celebrate the Sports Week this year? Pls tell me important dates for this year’s Soprt Week. Also give me details for the all games competitions that will celebrate. Is there any Small college level tournament for Badminton? Give me application form to apply for Badminton tournament.

I am planning to join Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida and came to know about JIIT Sports. Will you tell about JIIT Sports club also tell list of sports played here?

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida was established in the year 2001 and has been declared as a "Deemed to be University" under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 in the year 2004.

J.I.I.T. Youth Club is the second category. It stands for the youth brigade. It commands for the hall of fame.

Sports:

Sports club encourages our students to develop their sports skills in various outdoor and indoor games like

Football
Cricket
Basketball
Ball Badminton Courts
Kabaddi, and Volley ball
Athletics
Chess
Swimming
Carrom
Table Tennis
Shuttle
Physical Fitness Program (conducted in Gym)
Power Lifting and Weight Lifting

The club also encourages the students to participate in Inter College and Intra College sports competitions.

Students have won University, State and National Level championships in pistol shooting, archery, water polo, basketball, badminton & cricket etc.

The performance of our teams in lawn tennis, swimming, table-tennis etc has been equally commendable.
