JIIT NRI Admission

My friend likes to come India to study in Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. I want to help him in his admission. What are the minimum academic qualifications required for admission in UG course of JIIT under the NRI admission?

The Jaypee Institue of information Technology is provides admission for NRI candidates. Admission will be based on Class XII merit.

In NRI admission in Jaypee Institue of information Technology best of four subjects (Majors) to be counted.

The Jaypee Institue of information Technology is provides its NRI sponsored seats are merit based seat.

NRI fee is to be remitted from sponsors account only.

Sponsor may be any relation, friend etc. Sponsor in next year can undergo a change.

Feed detail:

Obtain the application form on cash payment of Rs 1200/- from any of the institutes.

Send a demand draft of Rs 1200/- in favour of Jaypee Institute of Information Technology payable at Delhi/Noida to the Registrar, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, A-10. Sector -62, Noida, UP, 201309.

Institutional Fee (Annual) - US$6000/- paid through NRIs foreign account or NRE account maintained in India.

Hostel, Mess and - US$1500

This may be paid in equivalent Laundry Charges (Annual) Indian currency converted at prevalent (available only for JUIT & JIET) exchange rate.

Hostel at JIIT is not provided to NRI/NRI sponsored candidates.


Eligibility criteria for NRI admission in Jaypee Institue of information Technology




Eligibility Criteria of Academics:

The minimum academic qualification for admission is a pass in the 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics & Mathematics.

The merit shall be drawn, based on four subjects in 10+2 examination results

Physics and Mathematics (except for Biotech programs) shall be compulsory subjects. Chemistry, Biotechnology/ Biology, Computer Science & English only would count amongst the balance two subjects for drawing Merit.

Photocopies of following must be sent along with the application form :

10th standard mark sheet
12th standard mark sheet
Letter from NRI sponsoring the candidate and undertaking that he/she will continue to sponsor the candidate for the duration of programme.
