J.C.E.C.E. Board asks for candidates in the approved forms from qualified applicants for appearing in the JCECE for admission into the First Year of the following Degree Courses;

Engineering Stream:
Engineering Degree Course in different Government/Private Engineering Institutes /Colleges located in Jharkhand State.

Agriculture Stream:
Agriculture Degree Course Veterinary and Forestry in Birsa Agricultural University, Kanke, Ranchi.

Educational & Age Eligibility Criteria:

For Engineering Stream:

Aspirant must have I.Sc./10+2 or equivalent with PCM or PCB and Aspirant get minimum of 45% marks in the above subjects taken together. Norms of AICTE will be applicable.

(40% for reserved category)

Age Limitation: No. Max. & Min. age limit

For B.V.Sc. & AH

Applicants must Passed I.Sc./10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology.

Age Limitation: Minimum age 17 years

B.Sc. (Agriculture) & B.Sc. (Forestry)

Applicants must Passed I.Sc./10+2 or equivalent with PCM or Physics, Chemistry & Biology.

JCECE or Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination is conducted by JCECE Board for admission into the First Year of the following Degree Courses :–

Engineering Stream: Engineering Degree Course in different Govt./Pvt. Engineering Institutes/Colleges situated in Jharkhand State.

Medical Stream: MBBS & BDS/Homeopathic Course in Govt. and Pvt. Institutes situated in Jharkhand State.

Agriculture Stream: Degree Course in Agriculture, Veterinary and Forestry in Birsa Agriculture University, Kanke, Ranchi.

JCECE Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

The minimum aggregate score in case of reserved category is 40%.

However, there is no age limit for application.

JCECE Selection Procedure:

The selection and allocation of the seats will depend on the score and rank obtained in Jharkhand CET.

JCECE Paper Pattern:

The entrance test will comprise of objective type questions.

There will be 50 questions in each subject- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.
Duration of exam will be 3 hours
