Yes, It is Truee that AIIMS Soon Opened A Centre in State Jharkhand in the Deoghar District

On March 8, 2003, while addressing the 32nd Convocation, deviating from the written speech APJ Abdul Kalam, the former President of India asked to develop AIIMS like Institutions in other part of country linked with AIIMS Delhi

. Sushma Swaraj the then Health Minister presiding the convocation as President of AIIMS said that 6 AIIMS will be started shortly.
