The JEE Main is conducted by the CBSE.
The examination is conducted for the students seeking admission into NITs, Centrally Funded Institute, no. of private and government institute for UG engg courses.

Tentative dates;
Application form of JEE Main 2015 available from
November 2015

Online application form submission last date
December 2015

JEE Main Admit Card will be available for download from
March 2016

JEE Main Paper 1 (Pen and Paper Based)
April 2016

JEE Main Paper 2 (Pen and Paper Based)
April 2016
JEE Main Paper 1 (Computer based exam)
Mid April 2016

Eligibility;
The Candidates should have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Exam Pattern
The paper is conducted both in offline and online mode.

There are total 90 MCQ’s

Each question is of four marks and for marking incorrect answer, negative marking of 1/4 mark is done.
