JEE Advanced Eligibility
My brother want to get admission in IIT institute so he want to appear in IIT JEE Advanced exam . Will you please tell what is the eligibility criteria for appear in the IIT JEE Advanced exam . Is it necessary to qualify JEE main exam to appear in JEE Advanced exam .

Hey as IIT JEE Advanced is the IIT Joint Entrance Examination. Seven zonal Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) are conducting JEE Advanced under the guidance of Joint Admission Board Eligibility criteria Candidate should clear JEE main exam Age limit Applicants must be born on or after October 1, 1991. Number of attempts: Applicants can attempt the IIT JEE for maximum 2 times, that too as consecutive year attempts. Reservation SC 15% ST 7.5% OBC-NCL 27% PwD 3% horizontally Exam pattern Total paper Number of paper 2 Duration of exam: 3 hours per paper. Subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. Type of questions Multiple choice with single answer correct. Multiple choice with multiple answer correct. Numerical answer type questions. Match the following type questions. Marking scheme +3 for correct answer-1 for incorrect answer : Negative marking is not applicable in certain sections. Total maximum marks 360 |
