Is there any criteria of the Board exam marks in JEE Advanced exam Cut Off. If yes please tell how much weightage is given to the Board exam marks in Cut Off marks of JEE Advanced exam , what is the mechanism of this calculation .

JEE Advanced is organized for admission to the undergraduate courses leading to a UG, Integrated PG or UG-PG Dual Degree.

These courses are offered in the field of Engineering, Architecture, Sciences or Pharmaceutics. JEE Advanced 2018 is a national level entrance exam managed by the IIT, Kanpur.

Candidates have to score minimum percentage of marks, in order to be included in the rank list. Below we have listed minimum no. of marks both subject wise and aggregate.

Maximum aggregate marks: 372 (186 each in Paper-1 and Paper-2)
Maximum marks in Physics: 124 (62 each in Paper-1 and Paper-2)
Maximum marks in Chemistry: 124 (62 each in Paper-1 and Paper-2)
Maximum marks in Mathematics: 124 (62 each in Paper-1 and Paper-2)
