Well the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies is the Department of Management Studies of the University of Mumbai, named after noted industrialist and philanthropist, Jamnalal Bajaj.

MSc Finance Qualification

You must have a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline

Must have a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA

45% in case of candidates of backward class categories

Candidates appearing for the final year bachelor’s degree can also apply.


Part Time Courses

You must have a full time Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration

or,

must have passed a Graduate Examination in Industrial Engineering, Mumbai and should have subsequently qualified in the GATE examination

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience (supervisor or executive level). The experience should be full time experience and NOT include internships, projects, etc.

Eligibility for MMS

You must hold a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline with

minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA

45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only

Way of admission

JBIMS shortlists applicants for the in-person assessment based on the candidate's CAT/MH-CET score.

The cutoff for each category is decided to filter out the candidates
