Jaypee University Entrance Exam

I want to do B.Tech from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology so please tell me is it necessary to appear in JIIT Entrance Exam for admission in B.Tech course? What is the eligibility criteria required to appear in this entrance exam? From where I can get its application form?
