Jawaharlal Nehru University Hostel

What is the fee for one seat in hostel situated in the Jawaharlal Nehru University Campus? If this hostel will full, give me list of all other hostels located outside the University Campus. Also provide me some tentative idea about there charges for one year. I have to stay there one year because I have taken admission at Jawaharlal Nehru University for PGDCA Program.

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is a public central university located in New Delhi, India. It was established in 1969.


The University hostel system includes 18 Hostels for Boys and Girls and one complex accommodating married students. These are spacious, well furnished hostels. Apart from hygienic foods, hostels provides recreational facilities includes TVs, indoor games, health Club, and PCOs etc

5. Mess advance of Rs. 750/- will be payable in the hostel at the time of admission. Actual mess charges will have to be paid by 24th of the following month.

6. Students who are given admission in the hostel are required to join the mess. The mess offers simple meals at moderate rates which may vary from time to time depending on the cost of the meals served.
