B.Ed

Duration
B.Ed course is a whole time/full time course of the duration of one academic year

English shall be the medium of instruction
Medium of examination shall be English and Hindi

Qualification:
The candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examinations are also eligible to appear in the entrances test, provided they submit their marks card by the time of issuance of admit card for the test. An affidavit to this effect has to be submitted along with application form

The Candidates should have Passed BA with 50 % from recognized university or School.

Documents required with application:

Student must carry 3 sets of Photocopied documents of Graduation during admission. Student must carry 3 Photocopy of ALL Year Mark sheet of Post-Graduation (if done)

Student must carry 3 Photocopy of minor and higher minor Mark sheet & Certificate during admission

Original Migration official text required

10 Latest Photographs requisite

Hey as The University of Jammu was established in 1969 by an Act of the State Legislature which effectively split the Jammu and Kashmir University into the separate Universities of Jammu and Kashmir.

Eligibility :

Candidate should have Graduation degree with Minimum 45% (General)

Graduation with Minimum 40% (ST/SC/OB)

Selection process

Selection shall be made through on-line Counselling on the basis of academic merit of the qualifying examination (i.e. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree) and college choice/s given by the applicant in the application form.
