application form of Jamia Milliya Ialamia university as follows

Offline Mode

admission to any programme (except Ph.D.) in Jamia Millia Islamia may
obtain the prescribed Application Form along with the Prospectus from the
University Counter at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) on cash payment of
Application Fee of Rs. 600/-

Online Mode:

The Admission Application Form may also be submitted Online on JMI’s
website
