Jain University is deemed-to-be-university in Bangalore, India. Started by Jain University Trust and supported by The JGI Group in Indian state of Karnataka.
It was founded in the year 2009.

As you want to know about the application status of Jain University so I want to tell you that Jain University inviting the applicants for the PhD programme whose details I am providing you below.

Applications are invited from appropriate applicants for admission into following programme for 2015.

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Faculty of Sciences
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Faculty of Engineering and Technology
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Faculty of Languages
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Faculties of Commerce and Management and Inter-disciplinary Areas

Eligibility Conditions

Master’s degree from a standard university in the related subject with a minimum of 55% (In the case of SC / ST applicants there will be a relaxation of 5%).

Applicants who are qualified for CA or ACS or ICWA with basic degree are also eligible to register for PhD in this category.

Applicants who have qualified for masters’ degree prior to 1990-91 with no less than 50% marks are also eligible to register.

Important Dates

Last date for receipt of filled up applications: 17th Jul, 2015.
Announcement of candidates eligible to write entrance test: 21st Jul, 2015.
Date of entrance test: 26th Jul, 2015.
Announcement of entrance test Results: 30th Jul, 2015.

Selection Procedure

Selection will be through an entrance test and interview. Applicants who have passed UGC/ CSIR/ companionship holders shall be excused from the written test; but they will need to take up the interview.
