Hey buddy the Indian Veterinary Research Institute or IVRI is located at Izatnagar, Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh state.

It is India's premier advanced research facility in the field of veterinary medicine and allied branches.

Admission in the PhD programme will be held on the basis of an all India Entrance Examination.

Exam Pattern

Examination Minimum qualifying marks in Competitive entrance test

Dates For the Exam

3rd week of May & second week of June every year at the above Centres from 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM.

Policy for the Reservation

Fifteen (15%) percent seats for scheduled caste, 7.5% seats for scheduled tribe, 27% seats for Other Backward category (OBC) and 3% for Physically Challenged (PH) candidate.

Minimum age limit for PhD candidates shall be 23 years. There will be no upper age limit.

The age shall be reckoned as on 1st August of the academic session.
