Is Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Kolkata established as a joint venture between IVRI (ICAR) and All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health (GOI) to train specialists in veterinary public health, leading to the degree of MVPH of University of Calcutta?
