Constable (General Duty (GD))

Educational qualification:
Matriculation/ Madhyamik pass or Class 10 pass from a recognized board/university.

Age limit :
Minimum Age: 18 years old
Maximum Age: 23 years old

Age Relaxation:
Age relaxation will also be applicable as per rules.


Physical standards:
Male candidates:
Height—170 cms
(162.5cms for ST);

Chest (unexpanded/ expanded)—
80/ 85cms (76/81cms for ST);

Weight:
Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.

Female candidates:
Height: 157 cms (150cms for ST);
Chest: Not Applicable;
Weight:
Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards

Selection process:
Written Exam
Physical and Medical test
PET and PST exam.
