Please provide me the details of the ISS file & on which we can open ISS file

ISS stand for INNO Setup Script.

ISS files store all of the information that is used to compile a program installer in the Inno Setup Compiler. By default, compiled programs are generated to an "Output" directory within the ISS script directory.

ISS files can be edited using the Inno Setup Compiler or any text editor. They are similar to .INI files.
