IRDA Entrance Exam

I have completed my UG degree and planning to apply for the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) Exam. Will you please provide me all details related to this IRDA Entrance Exam along with dates to apply so that I can plan to apply for this exam?

Insurance Institute of India conducts every year an all India based competitive exam for recruitment of Insurance agents and is known by the name of IRDA exam or Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority exam.

Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India has invited applications for the post of Junior Officers in all India for its various offices.

Total Number of Vacancy – Total 24 posts are vacant in the IRDAI, where number of vacancy are subdivided on the following basis –

UR – 13 posts
SC – 03 posts
ST – 01 posts
OBC – 07 posts

Educational qualification/ experience –

You must have passed Bachelor’s Degree with the acquisition of at least 60% marks aggregate.

Jobs Details Salary/ pay scale – Rs. 17100/- on monthly basis

Age limit –

You should be within the age limit of 21 years to 30 years as on 01 January 2016 to apply for Junior Officer Post.

Enrollment Procedure –

You will get selection for the post on the basis of Written Test & Interview.

Examination Fee –
General Candidates – Rs. 500/-
SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Serviceman – Rs. 100/-

Dates for the Application Schedule- As this year the applications were closed you can apply for the same next year.
