How you can relates IQ and School Grades of a student please tell me about it ?

About IQ of a students we can say that with high IQs perform well in school but for this performance anyone cannot say that their high achievement is actually the result of their intelligence.


There are many reasons due to those some students with high IQ scores not perform well in the classroom, and other students achieve at higher levels. IQ tests seem to predict performance on traditional academic tasks better than the students predict performance on everyday, real-world tasks or on unusual, multifaceted problems


IQ scores of a student is a achievement for a short period—that is for the following year or two. It is less useful in predicting achievement over the long run especially when the students have been obtained in the preschool or early elementary years


So we can’t say for a student that if his/her IQ is High then his academic performance will high relating to his/her high level of IQ.
