What is the procedure to become an IPS officer after completing XII with commerce??

Indian Police Service (IPS) Exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

You can’t become an IPS officer just after completing XII with commerce. After completion XII, you need to obtain bachelor degree course in any stream with good academic report

After obtaining bachelor degree, you are required to appear and crack UPSC Civil Services Exam to become IPS officer

IPS Officer Exam Eligibility

Nationality:
You must be a citizen of:
A subject of Nepal, or
A subject of Bhutan, or
A citizen of India, or
A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Age Limits
You must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August

Qualification:
You should have completed graduation with good academic report

CIVIL SERVICES (PRELIMINARY) EXAM 2015:-

Date of commencement of Examination:- 23.08.2015 (SUNDAY)

Duration of the Exam:- 1 DAY

CIVIL SERVICES (MAIN) EXAM 2015:-

Date of commencement of Examination:- 18.12.2015 (FRIDAY)

Duration of the Exam:- 5 DAYS
