IPS Exam after Computer Science and Engineering

I have completed B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering and now want give IPS exam so please tell me that I am eligible or not?

You are eligible for IPS exam after B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering because the educational eligibility required for IPS exam is graduation.

IPS (Indian Police Service) Limited Competitive Examination is conducted by UPSC for recruitment to the various civil services including Indian Police Service.

Eligibility Conditions:

(a) Candidate must be a citizen of India.

(b) Maximum age of candidate must not be more then 30 years for General Category, 36 years for Other Backward Classes category and 37 years for Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe.

Minimum age: 21 years

(c) Candidate must complete graduate degree in any discipline of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India.

Paper IV: Essay
