Banaras Hindu University (BHU) offers Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property rights .

Course Duration: 1 Year (2 - Semester) (Full Time)

Eligibility:
1.Graduate Degree from any recognized Indian University or equivalent degree from Foreign University.

2.Admission is given on the basis of the merit.

3. If the aggregate percentages of the marks at the qualifying examination are equal of any candidate then preference be given to the candidate who is a Law graduate and having better academic record and senior in age.
