IPCC or Integrated Professional Competence Course is conducted for those who have qualified the 10+2 exam and Common Proficiency Test(CPT) exam. As you asking for eligibility criteria for the IPCC course is given below:

1. Education Qualification
Who have qualified the 10+2 exam and the Common Proficiency Test(CPT), they are eligible for the Integrated Professional Competence Course(IPCC)

So , if you have above eligibility are eligible to apply for the IPCC exam and there is no percentage criteria for the respective exam. You need only the above eligibility to apply for the respective course.
