IOFFE Institute was founded in 1918. It was founded for several decades by Abram Fedorovich IOFFE. IOFFE Institute is IOFFE Physical-Technical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. It is one of Russia's largest research centers specialized in physics and technology. IOFFE Institute is a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
