I have done MBA in HR and want to apply for the Recruitment of Marketing & HR Professionals in Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) so please give me its details?

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) invited application for recruitment to the post of Marketing and HR Professionals through UGC-NET Exam in December 2014

Eligibility for HR:
Must have 2 year full-time Post Graduate Diploma/Masters Degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare or equivalent qualification from recognized University

Candidate must have secure minimum 60% or more marks or Equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree exam

Age limit:
Maximum 30 years for General category

Remuneration
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay-scale of Rs.24900-50,000/- and receive a starting basic pay of Rs.24900/- per month


Selection Process
Candidates are required to appear in UGC-NET examination (Conducted by CBSE) in the respective disciplines

Only UGC-NET Exam Qualified candidates will be considered for shortlisting for further selection process comprising
Group Discussion (GD) /Group Task (GT) and
Personal Interview (PI)









Final merit will be prepared considering the scores obtained by the candidates in UGC-NET examination, GD/GT and PI
