Personal Information Questionnaire PIQ is the question bank for your Personal Interview, Most of the questions asked by the Interviewing Officer will be based on your PIQ details, and they might be directly or indirectly related to your PIQ Form.

Interview is one to one affair between the candidate and the Interviewing officer at Service Selection Boards.

You as a individual will be judged by the Interviewing officer (IO).

You will be given 3 PIQ forms to fill and you have to neatly fill all three with exactly same data in every one.

Now a days a 2 Page PIQ is generally given as compared to 4 Page PIQ form which was given to candidates in earlier days.

The difference in both these is that in 4 Page form you have to furnish various minute details, like your marks in theory and practical in your academics while in 2 Page PIQ you have to simply fill the marks, making your job a bit easy.

Front side of the PIQ form contains items numbered from 1-7 and the Back side contains items numbered from 8-14.

You have to fill your complete PIQ form if something is not related to you then you must write not applicable, rather than leaving it black

The first thing which IO notices when he sees you is your face and your clothes, you can't change your face but you certainly can do a lot to improve it.

If you have a good sense of dressing then you will easily get this first impression right.
