Training is a learning process that involves the gaining of knowledge, sharpening of skills, concepts and rules. A trainee is an official employee of the firm that is being trained to the job he/she was originally hired for. Literally an employee in training is trainee. Usually training is range from 2-4 weeks. An intern is usually understood as a temporary position. An intern is a student in the field who is looking for experience in the field before he/she seeks a job. Usually internships are reserved for positions in professional fields. Training eligibility: The applicant should have pass pre final or final degree are eligible for training. Internship eligibility The applicant should have completed final degree. |
