Internal Sliding in EAMCET

Can you provide me the Instructions to the Principals regarding Submission of Internal Sliding and Spot Admissions details of candidates in Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET)?

Internal Sliding takes place after one has finalized one’s institute. If any seats are left vacant after admission then those seats are offered to those students who have already finalized their institute on basis of merit and counseling preferences. This happens after 3rd round of counseling.

Instructions to the Principals regarding Submission of Internal Sliding and Spot Admissions details of candidates in Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET):

Submission of Hard Copies:

Sequence of documents to be enclosed:

Demand Draft for an amount as mentioned in the spot admissions guidelines.

Write college name with full address and counseling code on back side of the Demand Draft.

Covering letter addressed to the Conveyor, EAMCET admissions. The covering letter shall contain the following details:

Details of notification issued in leading news paper :

Name of the news paper, date of publication (Enclose Xerox copy)

D.D. Number, Date, Amount & Name of the Bank

College counselling code

Contact person name (Looking after admissions) with mobile no

Number of internal sliding made.

Number of spot admissions made.

With EAMCET qualified candidates.

With EAMCET not qualified candidates.

Certifications by the Principal that the admissions made are as per the guidelines laid down in respect of local and Non-Local definition mentioned in Presidential Order.

List of internal slide candidates with details (as per the format given in spot admissions guidelines)

List of branch wise admitted candidates under spot admissions with details (as per the format given in spot admissions guidelines)


The following certificates (Xerox copies) of the candidates admitted under spot admissions.

EAMCET rank card (for qualified candidates)

S.S.C or its equivalent marks memo

Intermediate marks memo (write serial number mentioned in the list with red pen at right corner of certificate)

Caste certificate (If applicable)

All the above certificates shall be attested by the Principal concerned with seal.
