Work:
Execute the day to day operations within defined timelines and SLA
Attending to Queries and complaints received from branches/customer / call centers and resolving the same satisfactorily within the set TAT.
Review areas requiring frequent / regular monitoring & control.
Demonstrate effective controls for critical areas of operations
Provide ideas and Suggestions for Process Improvements.
Managing and ensuring adherence to internal processes, circulars/ guidelines.
Scrutiny of Documents (Loan/Security) and ensuring the Compliance of the Sanction terms and other statutory requirements
Providing meaningful MIS to the Management
Ensuring the data capture of all relevant fields in Profile / Nucleus as per the process guidelines

Skills require:
Basic understanding on banking sector will be an added advantage
Process and compliance oriented
Eye for details
Ability to build and maintain relationship
Good Communication Skills

Eligibility:
Candidates must be graduate from the recognised university with at least 50% in the graduation. He/ she should not be a post graduate.

Salary details:
Selected candidates paid Rs. 12000 per month as stipend for 12 months and thereafter will be taken as Junior Team Member Operations with a comp of 2.25 LPA.
