Management Trainee (MT) Program

Management Trainee (MT) program is a training program for management trainees. Those who start working within the scope of the program, attend various training, orientation and coaching programs.

In the 4-week Training and Development Program, you receive various theoretical and applied training as a management trainee.

At the end of the Training and Development Program, you get the opportunity to learn about different departments through inter-departmental rotation.

Eligibility

Recent graduate from a 4-year university that offers formal education, or a maximum of 2 years experience

High proficiency in English

Completion of military service or at least 1 year postponement (for male applicants)


ING International Talent Programme (IITP)

ING International Talent Programme (IITP) is a talent program carried out jointly in 22 countries. Within the scope of the International Talent Programme, They are planning to recruit personnel for 5 basic lines of business consisting of Consumer Banking,

Corporate Banking, Risk, Finance and Information Technologies, with the motto “Take that to the Bank”
