Information Technology Department

Provide services for all Information Technology concerns and computing solutions to requirements of the Commission on Elections;

Develop and maintain computerized application systems based on identified needs and requirements;

Provide Information Technology related services that maybe accorded to or requested by Comelec end-users, the academe, the media and the general public;

Ensure quality assurance and optimal operations performance and recommend improved methods and procedures for the Comelec systems requiring Information Technology support;

Exercise functional supervision over the regional offices; and

Perform other related functions.
