Indian Statistical Institute was established in the year 1931. It is affiliated to AIU . It is located at Kolkata, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Tezpur, Giridih, Hyderabad, India .

It offers three-year degree Bachelor Of Statistics (Honours) course.

It is so designed that the students will be able to pursue higher studies in areas of Statistics and Mathematics, as well as Computer Science, Economics and allied fields.

Eligibility

Applicants must have successfully completed 10+2
with Mathematics and English as subjects of study.

Selection Procedure

All applicants except the INMO Awardees
have to appear for written tests constituting multiple-choice type and descriptive questions in Mathematics at the Higher Secondary level .

Based on performance in the written tests, a number of candidates are called for interviews.
