WHO CAN ATTEND:

Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline with basic knowledge of Quality Management.
Experience of involvement in improvement projects is desirable.

CERTIFICATION CRITERIA:

Qualifying certificate by
a) 100% Attendance in the sessions,&
b) Securing 75% marks in the test conducted on the last day of the course
