ISI stands for Indian Statistical Institute it is an academic institute of national importance as documented by a 1959 act of the Indian parliament. It grew out of the Statistical Laboratory set up by Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis in Presidency College, Kolkata. It was set up in the year 1931.

As you are asking about the Fee Structure of ISI so I want to tell you that ISI students are not required paying any tuition fees. In fact, all admitted candidates get earnings of Rs. 3000/- per month and eventuality grant of Rs 3000/- per annum.
