Indian Police Service IPS Exams

Hi I would like to know the eligibility for the IPS examination as I would like to apply for the same and appear for the examination?

IPS involves larger amount police authorities, particularly worried with the upkeep of lawfulness the nation over.

IPS 2016 Eligibility:-

Mimum Educational Qualifications:-

The hopeful must hold a level of any of Universities consolidated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other instructive organizations built up by an Act of Parliament or pronounced to be considered as a University Under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or have a proportionate capability.

Age Limit:- An applicant probably accomplished the age of 21 years and must not have achieved the age of 32 years.

Age Relaxation:-

(i) upto a most extreme of five years if an applicant has a place with a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe.

(ii) upto a greatest of three years on account of applicants having a place with Other Backward Classes why should qualified profit of reservation relevant to such competitors.

Common SERVICES (PRELIMINARY) EXAM. 2016:- 07.08.2016 (SUNDAY).

Common SERVICES (MAIN) EXAM, 2016:- 03.12.2016 (SATURDAY)
