Sir, for my personal need I will have to take loan. Can you please give me details of Home Loan from Indian Overseas Bank? I want to know about its Eligibility, Margin and Processing charges and also want to know from where I can download the form.

The Indian Overseas Bank offers Home Loan /SUBHA GRUHA” facility.


Eligibility: If you want to apply for the Home Loan at the bank, you must be a member of Co-operative Society; your age must not more than 55 years.

Margin: The minimum margin is 20% of the calculated cost for new and old houses.

Processing charges: for loan of Rs. 10,190/ the flat rate is 0.58%.
