The Indian Army has issued notification for the recruitment of candidates under short service commission as Nursing Officers in Military Nursing Service (MNS) 2014.

Indian Army Military Nursing services have published notification for the SSC Nursing Officer (MNS) post.

Eligibility Criteria
Only the female applicants are eligible for this post
Married/ unmarried/ widow/ Divorcee all individuals can apply for these vacancies.
The applicants who want to apply for this post must be born between 13 Jan 1979 and 14 Jan 1993
The applicants should have passed PG/ PB B Sc/ B Sc Nursing from INC recognized university or equivalent.
Physical fitness of candidates will be accessed as per the Army standards. X-ray examination of Chest and USG of abdomen is one of the criteria of Physical fitness.

Application Procedure
The Demand draft of SBI of Rs 150/ in Favour of DGAFMS (APF) Fund, payable at SBI, Central Secretariat, New Delhi should be enclosed as application fees. Candidates should send this completed application to below mentioned address enclosing all necessary documents and attested qualification certificates.

The Indian Army has invited applications from females only for admission to the 4 years B. Sc (Nursing) course commencing in July/August 2015.

You are asking for the eligibility required for this course. This is as follows:

Eligibility:

The Applicant should be an Indian female

The Applicant should have passed the XII standard / equivalent examination, as a regular student in all the subjects with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) as elective subjects and not optional and vocational (in both theory and practical) and English (E), in first attempt, from a recognized Board/University, with minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCBE.

The applicants date of birth between 1st August 1990 and 31st July 1998.

Selection:

Eligible applicants will be called for an objective type written test of 90 minutes duration, covering General English, Biology, Physics, Chemistry and General Intelligence.
