Indian Air Force had invited applications for recruitment as Airmen in Group ‘Y’

Important dates
Last date for receipt of applications at the Central Airmen Selection Board: 27 January 2014
Dates for Recruitment Rally: April 2014/May 2014
Date for Result: 31 October 2014

Vacancy Details
Post Name: Airmen in Group ‘Y’ (except Auto Tech, GTI, IAF (P) and Musician) Trades

Eligibility Conditions
Age Limit: Applicants should be born between 1 February 1994 and 30 November 1997
Upper age limit should be 21 years.

Educational Qualification:
Applicants must pass Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent in any stream/subjects with English

Nationality: Male Applicants who are resident of India and Nepal

Selection Procedure:
Selection will be based on applicants qualifying the Written Test, Physical Fitness Test , Interview, Medical Examination and verification of eligibility.

The AISL will be prepared after the completion of Selection Test and displayed at all the ASCS and IAF Website

Tenure of Service:
Starting period of service would be 20 years which will extend upto age of 57 years.
