Eligibility Criteria for AFCAT

Flying Branch

Age:
20 to 24 years

Educational Qualifications:
Graduates (minimum 3 years degree course) in any discipline from a recognized university .
Secure minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

Have passed Maths and Physics at 10+2 level or B.E./B.Tech degree (4 year course) .

Technical Branch

Age:
20 to 26 years

Aeronautical Engineer (Electronics) AE (L): Minimum of four year degree qualification.

Candidates should have scored a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together

Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical) AE (M): Minimum of four year degree qualification from a recognized university .

Scored a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together

Ground Duty Branch :
Age: 20 to 26 years

Administration and Logistics:
Graduate Degree (Minimum three year degree course) in any disciplines.
Scored a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
or
Post Graduate Degree/equivalent Diploma in any discipline .
Scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate .

Accounts:
Graduate Degree in Commerce (B.Com) (Minimum three year degree course) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate .
or
Post Graduate Degree in Commerce (M.Com) /CA/ICWA with a minimum of 50% marks.

Education:
Post Graduate Degree in any discipline .
Scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate .
