Institute Of Medical Sciences (IMS-BHU) was founded in 1960 and it is one of the three institutes of Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi, India and comprises three faculties:

Faculty of Medicine, which conducts MBBS, B.Sc (Nursing), MD and MS courses, DM and M.Ch courses, Ph.D courses and M.Sc. (Health Statistics) besides a few postgraduate Diploma courses.

Faculty of Dental Sciences, which conducts MDS and BDS courses.

Faculty of Ayurveda, which conducts BAMS, B.Pharma(Ay), MD(Ay) and MS(Ay), and Ph.D courses besides a few postgraduate Diploma courses.

Fee (per annum): Rs.5000/-

Deptt. of Radiotherapy & Radiation Medicine, IMS
Fee (per annum): Rs.20,000/-

Deptt. of Prasuti Tantra, Faculty of Ayurveda, IMS
Fee (per annum): Rs.15,000/-

PG Courses

Admission Seekers must have an MBBS degree from a medical college recognized by MCI and completed an internship.
